Every year I work at reinventing myself.  Mind, body, spirit and business.  For my body, I wanted  a more lean, define body.  I was fortunate to obtain a fitness sponsor, HAWAII’S FITTEST with Jake Woolley who not only designed my nutrition and meal plan but gave  my body a variety of workout regiments for the best results.  I started at, 5′6 1/2 – 140lbs – 32 waist, and ended up at 135lbs, 28/29 waist,  less fat more muscle.  I continue to stick to a very low sodium diet, lean meats and absolutely nothing white.   If you are seeking to make a change, do it.  If not for your physique do it for your health.

Nutrition plays a huge role when reinventing your body.  The amazing thing is, you learn how to be creative with your food and cooking.  Here are some of my favorites.  (Click photo for larger view)

I love using fat free, low sodium ground turkey.  I add tons of spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tons of salt free garlic and herbs.

I also mash the loaf up and make turkey burritos using Ezekiel tortillas and add some cottage cheese and some avacado and it is amazing!

Here are some of the other foods besides consuming some protein shakes, antioxidants, coconut water, etc.

Everyone needs a little cheat day, well, here are my favorite cheat food!
